The United Kingdom (UK), officially called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and sometimes referred to as Britain, is a unitary constitutional monarchy consisting of countries of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The country is also a member of the G7 and the United Nations. Its capital and most populous city is London.
