Raza Mansoor (died June 9, 2016) was an operative of the Barkawi Arms Network and the brother of Sultan Mansoor.

London Has Fallen[]
After Kamran returned to his father's compound in Pakistan for his sister's wedding, Raza greeted him. Unbeknownst to anyone, an undercover MI6 agent was present at the site and confirmed Barkawi's location, allowing the U.S to launched a drone strike on the site, authorized by the leaders of G8.
After the drone strike, Raza survived and he along with Kamran, Sultan, and the Barkawi Arms Network commenced the London Siege to assassinate the G7 leaders.
Though five of the G7 leaders were assassinated, newly appointed British Prime Minister Leighton Clarkson and U.S President Benjamin Asher survived. Raza and few terrorists tracked down Asher and Mike Banning to the London Underground. However, they were all killed with Raza being wounded. Banning aggressively interrogated Raza and then killed him slowly over the radio as a threat to which Kamran and Sultan were forced to witness.
