Has Fallen Wiki

James Haskell is the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency under the administration of President Allan Trumbull.

Angel Has Fallen[]

After the assassination attempt on President Trumbull, James Haskell was present in the Oval Office with Vice President Martin Kirby and other officials with potential intel that Mike Banning had colluded with the Russian government to carry out the strike. When Vice President Kirby asked how solid the intel was, Haskell responded that it was tricky to be sure and that it was hard to prove if the Russians were really involved or if it was an outside hacker, to which Kirby responded that an outside hacker wouldn't pay $10 million for assassinations.
