Acting President of the United States is a reference to a person who legitimately exercises presidential powers even though that person does not hold the office of the President of the United States in their own right.

- Martin Kirby - Became Acting President after President Allan Trumbull was left in a coma from an assassination attempt in 2019. Vice President Kirby intended to use private military companies in his campaign to attack Russia for the false attempt.
